We reserve the right to correct, change or update information at any time without prior notice. Your sole remedy for the purchase of any product on the Website is to return it for a full or partial refund as set forth in the Return Policy.
4. Account & Password
To access certain parts of the Website, you may be asked to create an account and complete a registration process. When prompted for information, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested, and to update such information, as soon as possible, after any such information changes.

5. Payment and Pricing
All prices quoted on the Website are payable in Canadian Dollars and, unless otherwise stated, do not include taxes, fees, or shipping costs. Although we take great care in ensuring the accuracy of the content on our Website, typographical, illustrative or pricing errors may occur, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
By purchasing our products and services, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the debit/credit card used for the transaction.
While we make every effort to meet your needs, we reserve the right to limit quantities; reject, correct, cancel or refuse orders, and to terminate accounts, without limitation, if we believe that your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Kuoma or any third parties.
Orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days of Kuoma receiving and accepting an order. If for any reason an order is delayed, we will notify you by email, as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by you, using the shipping method you have selected. Shipping costs are subject to change and depend on your selected method of delivery. Kuoma is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. All items must be in their original state and packaging and include their receipt. Items that are damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping fees and any shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on size, weight and destination are non-refundable.
All refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used during the initial transaction.
Procedure for Return
- To request for refund, please fill out the return form that was included with your order or fill out the form here and send us an email to email@example.com to request a return label.
- All products must contain their original tags and labels
- Place the product(s) in the packaging in which it was sent to you and insert the return form inside the package
- Attach the waybill for return that you requested by email on top of the package.
- Your package must be returned to the nearest Canada Post service point.
Problems with Deliveries or Faulty Products
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you must notify us of this immediately and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If a parcel has been damaged during delivery, a customer complaint must be submitted to the third-party logistics partner.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Although we do our best to update and maintain the contents of the Website as accurately as possible, errors and/or omissions may occur.
Accordingly, Kuoma makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Website and/or any content provided therewith, all of which are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kuoma disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute is to be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec. If any provision of the present Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
