Orders are sent immediately to our warehouse for processing and packing, and so, unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. If you failed to include a product in your order, you will need to place a new order in the online shop. The order can be cancelled if the product has not yet been packed at our warehouse. If the product has already left for transport, you can return it after receiving it. The product price will be refunded to you once the returned product has been received at our warehouse and your return has been processed.
