An experienced digital commerce and consumer business leader, Sanna Kittelä previously served as Global Head of Digital Sales at Reima.

Kuoma, the Finnish family-owned footwear company known for its winter boots, has appointed Sanna Kittelä (47) as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2025. Kittelä becomes the first CEO from outside the founding Puttonen family. She brings extensive leadership experience from e-commerce, FMCG, apparel retail, and aviation industries. Her core expertise lies in online business development and digital sales tools. Prior to joining Kuoma, she held roles such as CEO of Fodelia Retail, a consumer-focused food company, and Director of Global eCommerce at children’s clothing brand Reima.

As Kuoma's new CEO, Kittelä aims to lead the company into a new phase of profitable growth, driven by a strong brand, digital transformation, marketing, and product portfolio development.

Kuoma is the trademark of Kuomiokoski Oy, one of Finland’s oldest footwear manufacturers, founded in 1928.
