These are some of the most comfortable boots I've ever put on my feet - loads of room in the toebox, and super soft warm and cozy. Unfortunately I wanted them to be able to walk in, and because of the style I just couldn't prevent my heel from slipping. They'd be perfect as every day boots though!
These boots are beautiful, but beware, the sizes fit extremely large. I normally wear 38-39 and buy boots in 39, but 39's from Kuoma are HUGE and I had to send them back for 37. Even with 2 thick insoles in one boot and thick socks I was swimming in them. 37 is perfect, but it was a hassle to return and re-order and I had to pay twice for shipping, which is a drag.
I'm a school teacher with yard duty on a very large, often snowy and slushy yard. I am happy to say that these boots have left me with dry and warm feet so far. And it was -25C last week!
So happy we can finally order adult woman sizes. My daughter has been wearing Kuoma boots for the past few years and loves them. Now that she is wearing adult sizes we were thrilled to find them in adult sizes in Canada. These are honestly the warmest lightest boots ever...best part is I can wear them too!
The boots are made for Canadian winters.
My kids have been wearing them for 6 years now and I won’t buy any other. Never a wet or cold foot.
Made in Finland.

Size guide for footwear.
Please note that the width and length of Kuoma shoes varies by model. Note that the measurements on our website are not the measurements of the insole. Those are the inside measurements of our shoes. Having at least 1 cm of extra space lengthwise between the end of your longest toe and the front of the shoe will ensure that your shoes are comfortable to wear. For children, we recommend leaving approximately 1.5 cm of extra space in front of the longest toe, so shoes will not be too small too soon as children grow.

How to measure the length of your feet
Use a sheet of paper and place it next to a wall. You can also tape it to the floor to ensure the paper doesn’t slip. Place a foot on top of the paper with the heel against the wall. Draw a line in front of the longest toe and measure with a ruler. Repeat for other foot and use the measurement of the larger foot.
